Please call between 9:00am to 10:30am and 1:30pm to 3:30pm. This number can also be used to leave messages for the Doctor or the Nurses.

For reasons of confidentiality we only give results to the patient concerned or authorised person (i.e written mandate of consent from the patient).

Please allow at least 5 working days before contacting the Practice concerning any tests unless otherwise instructed by the Doctor , Nurse or Practice Manager.

Vaccination History/Status

Information concerning your vaccination history can only be issued by the Practice Nurse or Doctor. Reception staff are not qualified to release this information to you. As your vaccination status/history is very important, your records require to be checked by a clinician. To obtain your vaccination history please submit this request in writing to the Practice Nurse. Please allow at least seven working days for your reply, there is a £10.00 charge for this service, please enclose your payment with your request.
